One-on-one coaching is for serious clients who understand that to truly be fit and healthy, you can't just look at your workout. Your nutrition, your state of mind and your workout are all important. Ignoring one of these factors can negatively affect the other two.
That is why every session is completely tailored to the individual. George puts his 100% focus on the subject that requires the most attention in your life, and teaches you how to balance your four pillars of health—nutrition, exercise, rest and mindfulness—so you can be vital, optimal and happy.

YOUR Full Body Assessment
Exercise and Nutrition completely customized to your body.
This customized program takes into consideration your stress levels, posture, muscle imbalances, organ health, injuries and, most importantly, your goals. Your nutrition program will be personalized based on your intake questionnaire and will include a diet plan with custom recipes laid out for each day of the week. George will also provide you with complete guidance on supplement recommendations based on your unique needs.
Anybody can buy a diet book or an app. You are buying experience, knowledge, and customization.
HOW IT WORKS

STEP 2
FILL OUT QUESTIONNAIRES
After completing the payment for your plan, you will be emailed a link to the online software system. There, you will be asked to fill out our questionnaires.
These questionnaires are crucial in figuring out your ideal diet, supplementation program and workout routine.

STEP 3
get your physical assessment
A full body assessment will be scheduled to investigate any injuries and analyze your posture, range of motion, muscle function, and movement patterns.
The assessment can take anywhere between 1-2 hours.
A full report of the findings will be provided to you within 48 hours.
STEP 4

GET YOUR CUSTOM NUTRITION PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
Your nutrition program will include a food plan, food list, supplementation program and custom recipe collection. The custom recipe collection will have a full sample week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snack options.
This nutrition program is optional, but highly recommended—especially for those looking to lose weight or for those dealing with chronic pain.
STEP 5
BEGIN YOUR EXERCISE PROGRAM

George will run you through your custom program. It will include mobility techniques, stretching and exercises.
A typical program lasts between 4-6 weeks, and they progress in 3 stages.
Phase 1 Programs focus on correcting postural and muscle imbalances using proper stretching and mobility techniques. You will also strengthen weak muscles in this phase. (Duration: 4-6 weeks)
Phase 2 Programs incorporate functional movements and exercises to strengthen the body as a whole. (Duration: 6-12 weeks)
Phase 3 Programs use more advanced exercises that are sport- or goal-specific. The intensity picks up and the real fun begins here.
